how are you? I hope you’re doing fine.
Last week, i was out to grab a coffee and i push myself to engage convo with people. I don’t know why my mood a little bit better after i read a book. So i force myself to go out and have a little chit chat with someone. It’s not a deep convo or topic about science rocket or something. It’s just a simple chit chat.
It feels good to engage a conversation with someone. Lately, I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed with my feeling *if it makes sense*.
I was isolated myself alone in my room. It feels so scared to engage or socialize with other people.
the feeling of being judge, isolated, low self-esteem, fear, anxious and not confident with myself was wrapping in my mind for the past months.
But engaging conversation with someone helps me abit better. Sometimes enganging with other people without being force to do this and that, just interact as human being is the most precious one. I can say simply healing that i can get.
